Not too long ago I was driving on the highway in Central New York, and I saw a handmade sign that looked very much like this image taped to a road sign. It was big enough to be able to read from my moving car, and I thought, "Yeah. I do have this."  

This odd little sign in an unexpected place gave me just the boost I needed to get to my destination. 

In this course, we will learn to be intentional about encouraging others beyond sticking signs in random places (although I'm not against that).  We want to be the people who give others the boost they need to continue on their journeys.
